Module: Edit My Profile

Bug Type: GUI

Summary: Question mark “?” is displayed with Edit My Profile label.

Description: Question mark “?” symbol should not be displayed with “Edit My Profile” label.

Pre-Condition: 1. Valid URL “172.16.0.7:81/btes” should be working

2. Valid Username and Password should exist.

Test Environment: Windows XP SP2 with IE, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.

Test Data ( If any ):

Steps-To-Reproduce:

1. Enter the URL of the application as “172.16.0.7:81/btes”.

2. Enter Username as “Gurpreet_kaur”.
3. Enter Password as “Gurpreet”.
4. Click on Login button.
5. Click on “Edit My Profile” link.

Expected Result: Question mark“?” symbol should not be displayed with “Edit My Profile” label.

Actual Result: Question mark“?” symbol is displayed with “Edit My Profile” label.

Module: Edit My Profile

Bug Type: Functional

Summary: "Update" button does not not work properly on Mozilla Firefox.

Description: On clicking Update button, error 404 is shown (Mozilla Firefox).

Pre-Condition: 1. Valid URL “172.16.0.7:81/btes” should be working

2. Valid Username and Password should exist.

Test Environment: Windows XP SP2 with IE, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.

Steps-To-Reproduce:

1. Enter the URL of the application as “172.16.0.7:81/btes”.

2. Enter Username as “Gurpreet_kaur”.
3. Enter Password as “Gurpreet”.
4. Click on Login button.
5. Click on “Edit My Profile” link.
6. Enter all the fields.
7. Click on “Update” button.

Expected Result: On clicking update button, updations should be saved in user's profile.

Actual Result: Error 404 is displayed on clicking "Update" button (Mozilla Firefox).

Summary: “Save” and “Cancel” buttons are not available on “Edit My Profile” page.

Description: “Save” and “Cancel” buttons should be present on “Edit My Profile” page..

Pre-Condition: 1. Valid URL “172.16.0.7:81/btes” should be working

2. Valid Username and Password should exist.

Test Environment: Windows XP SP2 with IE, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.

Steps-To-Reproduce:

1. Enter the URL of the application as “172.16.0.7:81/btes”.

Bug Type: Functional

Summary: Alphabets and more than 13 digits should not be acceptable in Telephone field.

Description: User is able to enter alphabets (Mozilla Firefox) and more than 13 characters in Telephone field.

Pre-Condition: 1. Valid URL “172.16.0.7:81/btes” should be working

2. Valid Username and Password should exist.

Test Environment: Windows XP SP2 with IE, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.

Steps-To-Reproduce:

1. Enter the URL of the application as “172.16.0.7:81/btes”.

2. Enter Username as “Gurpreet_kaur”.
3. Enter Password as “Gurpreet”.
4. Click on Login button.
5. Click on “Edit My Profile” link.
6. Enter digits in Telephone field.

Expected Result: Alphabets and more than 13 characters should not be acceptable in Telephone field.

Actual Result: User is able to enter alphabets (Mozilla Firefox) and more than 13 digits in Telephone field.

Summary: Incorrect page title i.e Lost your Password.

Description: Incorrect page title i.e Lost your Password is displayed on “Edit My Profile” page.

Pre-Condition: 1. Valid URL “172.16.0.7:81/btes” should be working

2. Valid Username and Password should exist.

Test Environment: Windows XP SP2 with IE, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.

Steps-To-Reproduce:

1. Enter the URL of the application as “172.16.0.7:81/btes”.

2. Enter Username as “Gurpreet_kaur”.
3. Enter Password as “Gurpreet”.
4. Click on Login button.
5. Click on “Edit My Profile” link.

Expected Result: Title “Edit My Profile” should be displayed.

Actual Result: Incorrect page title i.e Lost your Password is displayed on “Edit My Profile” page.
